Parks and Recreation

Our neighborhood has several of its own parks and recreational facilities, including those listed below. For information on other nearby parks and recreational facilities, either within WTCMUD#1 or in nearby areas, please see the MUD website, the City of Cedar Park's website, or the City of Austin's website.

Anderson Mill West Park

This large, community park is the central jewel of our neighborhood. The space includes multiple shaded play structures for all ages, tennis courts, a basketball court, sand volleyball court, and a huge covered pavilion, which can be rented for parties or other events. A gravel walking trail circles the park, and is great place to exercise or walk your dog.​

Hatch Pond Park

This spacious park area includes playscapes and swings, picnic tables, four baseball back stops, and walking trails.

Aster Pass Park

This lovely neighborhood park is fully fenced with a self-closing gate, and includes seating areas, and playscapes for young children.

Aster Pass Pond

This stormwater drainage area doubles as a beautiful walking and relaxation area, and also includes a deck area that can be used by residents for practicing yoga.

London Lane Pond

This stormwater drainage area is fully fenced in and is used as a dog park. It includes both large and small dog runs, dog waste station, a picnic table, and water bowl and water cooler for the dogs.
